By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service.

SLOT RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • I'll be posting early notice on my deviantArt and twitter accounts before opening commission reservations.

  • If you are on my pinglist, you will be tagged in deviantArt or receive a DM whenever I open commissions. If you want to be on my pinglist, please contact me so you can be included in it.

  • Reservations can be made thru deviantArt (notes/comment), email, or discord DMs.

  • Unless stated otherwise, one slot equals to one request. Up to 2 slots can be reserved per person.

  • Please confirm your slot with me first before sending an order form. In case I don't hear back from you within 3 days, the slot will be automatically cancelled.

  • When I receive your order form, I'll check if I can work on it. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request or I find the commission not suitable to my style.

  • I will proceed to discussing the commission then inform you of the total costing.

  • Please provide relevant visual and written reference(s) as much as you can. If you don't provide sufficient references (like character/costume design), I'll charge more because it will fall into character design category.

  • Payment is to be made upfront and in full thru Paypal invoice in USD. (Unless it's a Scenario CG commission, pls see FAQ) Please only pay after we've discussed the price and when the invoice is sent. Any payment before this, I will assume it was a donation.

  • Invoice should be paid within 2 days (new clients), 5 days (returning clients). Failure to pay will result in the loss of commission slot.

  • If you don't have money on your turn (not able to pay within the allotted time frame), you can ask me to postpone or cancel your reservation slot.

  • Do not make additional version or detail requests after the invoice has been paid; all details need to be discussed before payment.

  • Strictly no cancellation of orders and NO REFUNDS, unless I never worked on your commission.

WORK PROCESS

  • I will contact you when I'm going to start working on your commission.

  • Each commission will roughly take around a few days to a month or longer depending on the queue, complexity and personal circumstance. Good art takes time! I also occasionally make personal art in between commissions to prevent burnout.

  • I work with Waiting List System, so please be patient on your turn. You may see your position on the queue here.

  • If something is missing on your order form, for example, a specific angle/composition/detail, I will draw with my artistic freedom. I normally don't ask for more information for such a thing so if you have something specific that I shouldn't miss, please include it in your order form.

  • I provide 1 or 2 WIPs (either grayscale or color sketch), I only accept minor revisions during this phase (max 2 revisions). Should a pose/composition be fully rejected, I will only redraw it once. After that, each subsequent redraw will incur a fee.

  • I ask that commissioners carefully review WIPs and give change-requests in bulk.

  • When a sketch has been given approval, I will proceed with the commission and only send it to you when it's completed.

  • I use free assets and my own assets when drawing, so some things on the commissioned artwork might be used in my other works.

  • Full illustrations are generally 1,500+ pixels on their shorter side, sent as a PNG file, ranging from 72 DPI to 300DPI. Specific dimensions and DPI requests must be made before work begins.

  • I upload the finished artwork either on deviantart sta.sh or thru email/drive. The link will be sent to you. Commissioners are expected to save their digital files because I will not host them indefinitely.

RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER DETAILS

  • I (fureshii14) have full rights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Every commissioned artwork will have my signature on it, you're never allowed to remove it nor cover it.

  • I post all commissioned artwork publicly on my socials, but at smaller resolutions with watermarks.

  • Commissioned work is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

  • My art cannot be used for AI Generation/NFTs.

  • If you’re looking for a COMMERCIAL COMMISSION, contact me at [email protected] and we will discuss how it’s going to work. This process must be worked with contract and keep in mind the price will be raised.

  • Resizing or cropping the commissioned artwork for personal usage is permitted.

  • Private commissions or withholding the artist's use of the artwork will incur extra cost.

  • Rejected poses are free to be reused by me; commissioners have no claim to scrapped work.

  • Commissioners can repost the pieces they have ordered, although retweets / reblogs from my personal accounts are preferred where applicable.

  • Rates may change without prior notice (this only apply to new/incoming commission work after the change).

  • The Terms of Service are always subject to changes and updates. I will not be held responsible over anything if the commissioner failed to abide by these.

-Detailed shading/fully rendered illustration with focus on mood/dynamic lighting/special effects
-with simple color background, extra fee for semi-rendered background
-recommended for long-haired/fantasy characters/characters with props
-for Scenario CG only, I will charge partial payment for sketch first,
then after sketching I will provide the final estimate
(minus the partial payment)

Scenario CG Illustration - In some cases either client or artist will have a harder time envisioning the commission details, in that case an inital sketch is required to help decide the general composition of the illustration.

-I will conceptualize the character for you. Includes research/reference gathering
-base price is for simple color background/simple design/no background/basic lighting/simple pose
-Client should at least have a small idea to start with. (e.g. a short description and even a few references will do)
-Plain/modern outfits with not a lot of small details should cover the base price, but outfits like technowear/fantasy clothing/armor with layers and lots of small details are of course take longer to draw
-Price is per view. Will offer discount for extra views (e.g. back view)

Full body (Full Render) - 200 USD +
Full body (Flat Colors) - 170 USD +

FAQ

How much does (insert type of commission) cost?

Please see Samples and Price for my commission rates. If you're unsure you can message me so that I can give you an estimate, but please make sure to include all the important details you want in your commission.

Why is the total price higher than what's listed on your website?

Please take note that the prices displayed are BASE PRICE, which means the price may increase depending on the details/complexity of your commission. Example for additional costs like detailed clothing, a dynamic pose, background, dynamic lighting, weapons and props, and most especially character design.

What is DESIGN FEE?

If your commission has insufficient or without proper references, I charge design fee. (30-100% of the Base Price).
Samples of proper reference images 1, 2 and 3. References pulled from multiple sources like this or this will require character design fee.

What is a SCENARIO CG ILLUSTRATION?

In some cases either client or artist will have a harder time envisioning the commission details, in that case an inital sketch is required to help decide the general composition of the illustration. The client will pay a downpayment for the initial sketch. I will decide the final cost of the commission after the client has approved the sketch. The DP will be deducted from the final cost.

Can you draw my character in ___'s style?

No I don't. I have my own style and please don't expect me to recreate someone else's style. Feel free to browse my gallery to see what I can do. Please take note that I like to experiment with different line/coloring techniques and my style is always evolving, so don't expect my current art to look the same way like my older works from years ago.

In what order do you work on your commissions?

I work through order of queue, which means whoever pays first, however there are instances that I schedule a commission (like multiple commissions/commercial projects). Please take note that good art takes time, I always provide updates and will not proceed until the client has approved a WIP.

I just received my commission and would like to show it to others. Can I post it on ___?

Sure! You are free to do whatever you want with your commission as long as you don't try to profit from it (unless stipulated in a contract/commercial commissions). Linking back to my art websites like deviantArt/twitter is also highly appreciated.
