Terms of Service

(Please read before commissioning!)

old characters and animals (cute animals/creatures are okay)
holiday themed art (Xmas, Valentine’s, Halloween)
offensive content of any kind

SLOT RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • Reserve a slot via DeviantArt notes/comments, email, or Discord DM.

  • One slot = one request; max 2 slots per person.

  • Please confirm your slot before sending an order form — if no reply within 3 days, slot gets cancelled.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission that doesn’t fit my style or makes me uncomfortable.

  • Payment upfront through PayPal invoice (USD). Only pay once price and invoice are confirmed. Early payments will be considered donations.

  • New clients have 2 days to pay; returning clients have 5 days. No payment = loss of slot.

  • No adding details or changes after payment — all requests must be finalized beforehand.

  • No cancellations or refunds unless I never started your piece.

WORK PROCESS

  • Commissions take around 1–3 months (sometimes longer depending on queue and complexity). Good art takes time!

  • I use a waiting list system — please be patient! You can check your queue position here.

  • If your order form lacks details, I’ll use artistic freedom. If you want something specific, be sure to include it!

  • I provide 1–2 WIPs (sketch or grayscale) with minor revisions allowed (max 2). Full pose/composition reworks allowed once; extra redraws will cost extra.

  • Please review WIPs carefully and send all changes in one go.

  • Once sketch approved, I’ll finish and send the final piece.

  • I use some free & personal assets, so parts of your artwork might appear in my other works.

  • Final files are PNGs, usually 1500+ px on shorter side, 72–300 DPI. Specify size/DPI before work starts.

  • Finished art is delivered via DeviantArt Sta.sh, email, or drive link. Save your files! I don’t host indefinitely.

EXTRA CHARGES (may apply)

  • No character sheet or only partial refs = considered character design ($50–$150 start)

  • Complex designs, props, weapons, objects, wings, intricate accessories, tattoos, lots of hair, very curly hair, intense facial expressions

  • Dynamic poses, complicated compositions or effects

  • Backgrounds

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

  • I retain full rights to your commissioned artwork.

  • All work will have my signature — please don’t remove or cover it.

  • I post commissioned art publicly at smaller sizes with watermarks.

  • Art can’t be used for AI training or NFTs.

  • For commercial commissions, contact me to discuss pricing & contracts (rates 2–3x higher).

  • You may resize or crop art for personal use.

  • Private commissions or limiting my use of the art costs extra.

  • I can reuse scrapped/rejected designs.

  • You can share your commissioned art online; I appreciate credit or tags when possible.

  • Prices and terms can change without notice (affects new commissions only).

  • By commissioning, you agree to these Terms of Service — please read carefully!

• 2–4 design and color variations during the sketch phase

CUSTOM/OTHERS

Sketch-First Commission falls under this category. It is exclusively available to trusted clients who have commissioned me more than five times. If you're interested, please message me first to check if you're eligible.This commission type requires a partial payment upfront for the sketch phase. After completing the sketch, I will provide the final price for the artwork. The remaining balance must be paid before I proceed with the final piece. Since this type of commission requires a commitment to pay the final cost, it is only offered to clients with a reliable track record.If you're curious about other commission types not listed here, feel free to ask!
