Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service.

  • R18 ( I can still draw sexy or sensual pose but depends on intensity)

  • animals (cute animals/creatures are okay)

  • offensive art of any kind

General Rules

  • Full payment is required before I proceed with your commission. I only accept Paypal (thru invoice) and GCash for now!

  • First come, first serve basis.

  • Unless stated otherwise, one slot equals to one request. If you want to commission more than one artwork, please grab another slot!

  • I accept up to 3-5 orders at a time , the rest goes to the pinglist. When a slot/s in my waitlist opens, I will contact the first person on the pinglist. If I don't get any reply within 24 hours, I will automatically move to the next person on the list.

  • I accept slot reservation for up to 2 days (NEW CLIENTS), 5 days (RETURNING CLIENTS), weekends included. If details aren't finalized and payment isn't made by then, I'll give the slot to the next person in the waitlist.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am uncomfortable with the request or I find the commission not suitable to my style.

  • Please provide relevant visual and written reference(s) as much as you can. If you don't provide sufficient references (like character/costume design), I'll charge more because it will fall into character design category.

  • Each commission will roughly take around a few days to a month or longer depending on the queue, complexity and personal circumstance. Good art takes time! I also occasionally make personal art in between commissions to prevent burnout.

  • If your commission is time-sensitive (ie: birthdays, holidays, gifts, presents, etc.), please indicate it in your request. I will charge up to 50% of Total Cost if you want your slot to be prioritized in the waitlist.

  • I accept revisions during sketch phase only (max 2 revisions), major design changes will not be accepted after lineart is finished.

  • No cancellation and refund after the sketch is sent to you.

  • Rates may change without prior notice (this only apply to new/incoming commission work after the change)

  • Do not claim the finished artwork as yours. I will publish a watermarked version in my portfolio/online galleries. Additional fee will be charged for private commission (depends on type)

  • Commissioned work is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want to use my work for COMMERCIAL USE, please contact me for more details. (Commercial Use is different from Copyright Purchase. For Commercial Use, I still have the right to use the image as my portfolio, samples and credit)

  • Please credit me if you want to upload my artwork.

  • The Terms of Service are always subject to changes and updates. I will not be held responsible over anything if the commissioner failed to abide by these.

Custom Character Design

Character Design: I will draw your character using the design you already have. (references needed) Minor edits/design changes are allowed. Please take note that if you have an existing character/OC but do not have any existing artwork of said character, it belongs in this category.

Character Concept Art: I will conceptualize the character for you. Includes research/reference gathering. Up to 3 variations are allowed. If you have no idea how your character will look like and need help in designing, choose this one.

Full body (Flat Colors) - 110 USD+

Please take note that Base Price is inclusive of simple color background/no background/basic lighting/simple pose.
Plain/modern outfits with not a lot of small details should cover the base price, but outfits like technowear/fantasy clothing/armor with layers and lots of small details are of course take longer to draw.
Price is per view. Will offer discount for extra views (e.g. back view)

How much does (insert type of commission) cost?

Please see Samples and Price for my commission rates. If you're unsure you can message me so that I can give you an estimate, but please make sure to include all the important details you want in your commission.

Why is the total price higher than what's listed on your website?

Please take note that the prices displayed are BASE PRICE, which means the price may increase depending on the details/complexity of your commission. Example for additional costs like detailed clothing, a dynamic pose, background, dynamic lighting, weapons and props, and most especially character design.

What is DESIGN FEE?

If your commission has insufficient or without proper references, I charge design fee. (30-100% of the Base Price).

Can you draw my character in ___'s style?

No I don't. I have my own style and please don't expect me to recreate someone else's style. Feel free to browse my gallery to see what I can do. Please take note that I like to experiment with different line/coloring techniques and my style is always evolving, so don't expect my current art to look the same way like my older works from years ago.

In what order do you work on your commissions?

I work through order of queue, which means whoever pays first, however there are instances that I schedule a commission (like multiple commissions/commercial projects). Please take note that good art takes time, I always provide updates and will not proceed until the client has approved a WIP.

I just received my commission and would like to show it to others. Can I post it on ___?

Sure! You are free to do whatever you want with your commission as long as you don't try to profit from it (unless stipulated in a contract/commercial commissions). Linking back to my art websites like deviantArt/twitter is also highly appreciated.
